'The people with the darkest past, often create the brightest future'

25% of women and 16% of men will experience some kind of domestic abuse. Child abuse is rampant in many societies and subtle abuse exists every day for millions of people. It's truly ingrained into certain cultures, especially against women. It does paint a sorry picture but here's what I've learned and know to be true:

People who experience abuse ARE able to heal and they ARE able to become the most loving, compassionate and successful beings to walk this earth!

Do you know how many famous people have been abused at some point? Just Google it. The list is huge and contains the likes of Oprah, Maya Anjelou, Jewel, Charlize Theron, Halle Berry and Shakira. Many men too - this isn't just about women. It's a human condition.​

Considering how these celebrities (and many more) turned out, it really IS possible to turn trauma into triumph. I've seen it in my own life and have studied the psychology, emotions and spiritual strengths that people use to turn their pain into their pearls of wisdom.

Now I'd like to help you.
